We’ve done the double at this year’s 🏆 UK Content Awards 🏆
Two of our projects with the fab ITV Digital team have picked up 🥇 Content Strategy of the Year (Coronation Street’s Identity Stories) and 🥇 Video Content Campaign of the Year (Good Morning Britain’s Off The Table).
Following on from Coronation Street’s hard hitting hate crime storyline we asked the young actors to come together for a one-off film to discuss the huge impact of the story.
Identity Stories sees Mollie Gallagher, Maximus Evans, Tanisha Gorey and Millie Gibson join musician and mental health advocate Dani Winter-Bates to reflect on the challenging topics that the episodes addressed.
The Judges’ remarked… “We thought this was a fantastic campaign which raised awareness about an important issue, and we really enjoyed how they used different formats and channels to get the message out there. The strategy resulted in a real, accessible, and engaging campaign.” 😇
Coolbox worked closely with the ITV Digital Content team to produce Good Morning Britain’s first ever YouTube original series, ‘Off The Table’ – a brand new mini series which takes the heart of the award winning breakfast show to 18-34s and does what it does best, helping shape the nation’s conversations.
The Judges’ said “This campaign was totally on the pulse and really audience driven. It was raw, emotional, and authentic. This campaign clearly resonated with the target audience and was a good way to make GMB appeal to a younger demographic; by identifying influencers, topics and a format that spoke to them more than the traditional TV show.” 😇
